Our Company Ethics
Our Code of Conduct conveys the way we work and the standard by which our stakeholders – employees, shareholders, customers, suppliers and the community- should view us.
This Code of Conduct allows us to directly address ethical issues that are relevant for Ocean Winds today, and it provides a guide for interacting with society in such complex and demanding times.
The Code of Conduct must always be present in our daily lives, constituting a firm reference for our actions as people and as professionals and helps guide our behavior. Our Code of Conduct applies, regardless of position, geographical location or functional hierarchy, to all OW employees and to OW’s business partners, representatives and suppliers who under any circumstances are qualified to act on behalf of Ocean Winds

Anti-Corruption Policy
To adopt the best practices followed by our sponsors (EDPR and Engie), Ocean Winds has developed an Anti-Corruption Policy, mandatory for all employees and “transaction partners”.
This Policy regulates essentially the relationship of employees and transaction partners with third parties, both public agencies and private entities, and establishes a number of rules concerning the provision and acceptance of gifts, meals, entertainment and traveling, as well as the execution of political contributions, donations and sponsorships.
The main objective of this policy is to avoid influencing the will of any employees or external entity to obtain any benefit or advantage for the company, by using unethical practices.
Speak Up Channel
OW gives a voice to anyone who considers that certain conducts do not comply with our ethical standards, legal provisions or internal regulations, through the Speak Up Channel. The OW Speak Up Channel welcomes the reporting of alleged violations, either to the Code of Ethics, or to all legal issues, as well as internal policies and regulations.
This channel can be used by interested parties from any company in OW.
OW makes an explicit commitment to protect anyone who uses the OW Speak Up Channel in good faith and with justification from censure or retaliation by providing suitable processes, procedures and reporting channel for this purpose. These processes have been designed and implemented to ensure that the complaints are handled and managed with total security, independence, integrity, and privacy. Communication, which may be two-way, can be conducted anonymously and all personal data is protected.
